Application of family resource management principles, including the identification, allocation, and evaluation of human and non-human resources. Focuses on goal setting, resource allocation, and using guiding values and principles to make thoughtful decisions in diverse individual and family contexts.

Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. identify, evaluate, and apply multiple types of resources (e.g., time, money, energy, space, health, and social networks) to support individual and family goal attainment, including recognizing the interdependence of these resources.
2. analyze and interpret the resource needs of individuals and families, including identifying gaps, constraints, and opportunities for resource development across diverse contexts.
3. develop short- and long-term goals, create and implement resource management plans, and adapt strategies through effective problem-solving and decision-making processes when faced with changing circumstances.
