NURS 774 - Assessment & Management for AGPCNP: Clinical Practicum

Synthesis and clinical practicum experience in which the student works with a preceptor to apply the evaluation and management strategies for the care of adult and geriatric patients with episodic illness and injury, chronic disease management, frailty and patients requiring palliative or end-of-life care.
