ITLD 795 - Comprehensive Examination (1 to 6 units) Used by master’s programs to administer comprehensive examinations at the end of a degree program or as a qualifying examination for doctoral candidates before advancing to candidacy.

Grading Basis: Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory Units of Independent Study: 1 Offered: Every Fall and Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. demonstrate knowledge of content specific to their area of study. 2. locate appropriate literature and synthesize it into a program-specific scholarly product. 3. demonstrate ability to critically evaluate published studies.
