Course covering the performance analysis of healthcare systems with focus on analyzing the healthcare delivery process and improving its efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. The course will use IE techniques such as simulation modeling, queuing theory, optimization, and statistical analysis, to identify and solve problems in healthcare systems.
