CHE 450 - Techniques of Process Design, Economics and Safety(3 units)
Principles of chemical engineering process design. Economics, safety, social and ethical considerations; organization of process design; process synthesis; computer optimization techniques applied to design. (Major capstone course.)
Prerequisite(s): CHE 361 , CHE 374 , ENG 102 ; CH 201 ; junior or senior standing. Corequisite(s): CHE 485R .
