Students majoring in another field may minor in political science by completing at least 21 credits in an area of study. They can choose from four interest subjects: general, foreign affairs, public administration and public policy, and American government. Students always should consult with an adviser on their course of study and their course catalog, as classes and requirements might differ. III. Program Requirements (21 units)
Students majoring in another field may minor in political science by completing one of the following: A. Minor Interest Subject (General)
Select three courses from the following:
B. Minor Interest Subject (Foreign Affairs)
Select four upper-division courses (3 units each) from the following two lists:
Note(s):
* Students must take at least one course from both the comparative politics and international relations lists. C. Minor Interest Subject (Public Administration and Public Policy)
Four additional courses (3 units each) selected from the following:
D. Minor Interest Subject (American Government)
