Description
Neuroscience is an interdisciplinary program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. The program offers comprehensive training in brain sciences, with Psychology courses that offer a cognitive/systems perspective, and Biology courses ranging from animal behavior to neurons and molecular mechanisms. The degree is targeted for students who plan to continue with graduate studies and is designed to provide them a rigorous foundation competitive for graduate and medical school. Dual degrees are not allowed in NSC and BIOL, or NSC and MMI. Dual degree are allowed with PSY, but PSY credits cannot be used for both degrees. http://www.unr.edu/degrees/neuroscience/bs
