II. Description

The Entrepreneurship minor is open to all students at the university. This allows any student to complement their major with fundamental entrepreneurial skills, enhancing the student’s ability to one day open and operate a business. By choosing appropriate electives, students have the ability to tailor their minor to their major field.

III. Program Requirements (18 units)

A. Required Courses (9 units)

ENT 401 - New Venture Creation (3 units) or ENT 200 at TMCC
ENT 402 - Entrepreneurial Finance (3 units) or ENT 230 at TMCC
ENT 403 - Applied Entrepreneurship (3 units) or ENT 280 at TMCC

B. Elective Courses (9 units)

Choose any three courses from the following:

ENT 200 - Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship (3 units)
ENT 404 - Entrepreneurial Marketing (3 units)
ENT 451 - Entrepreneurship Jumpstart (3 units)
ENT 452 - Entrepreneurial Sales (3 units)
ENT 473 - Economics of Entrepreneurship (3 units)
ENT 489 - Entrepreneurship Internship (3 units)
ENT 493 - Special Topics in Entrepreneurship (3 units)
ENT 495 - Independent Study in Entrepreneurship (3 units)
