NevadaTeach Secondary Education and Atmospheric Science, B.S./B.S. in Ed.


Description


Students who complete this Nevada Teach Program will earn two degrees: the Bachelor of Science in Education/Secondary Education and the Bachelor of Science with a major in Atmospheric Science. This program provides students with a solid background in physics and includes all of the coursework required to apply for certification to teach physics at the high school level in the State of Nevada.  Graduates of this program will be prepared to: (a) pursue an immediate career in the field; (b) enter a graduate program; or (c) teach physics at the middle or high school level.
