The number of students pursuing a minor in Business at the University of Nevada, Reno has been climbing rapidly in recent years, and for good reason. More students are realizing that with the option of a Business minor, they can major in their principal academic interest, but also import real business knowledge that makes them attractive to employers. Earning a minor business degree also allows the student to stand out and be noticed. A student with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering who also earns a minor in Accounting has the real skills necessary to not only succeed in designing electrical infrastructure, but also contribute to the business decisions that often determine infrastructure planning.
*All course prerequisites must be met for all coursework for minor.
