The Graphic Design Minor emphasizes hands-on design approaches, while critical analysis, theory, research, and application will be explored. Students will become well-versed in Graphic Design competencies that will directly relate to marketplace requirements for hiring.

I. Program Requirements (24 units)
Students may reuse up to 9 units used to satisfy requirements for the Art, B.A., Art, B.F.A., or Art (Art History), B.A. in the Graphic Design Minor.
Earn at least a “C” in GRC coursework for this minor. Students may repeat GRC courses only once. Completion of minor requirements will be delayed at least a year for students who are required to repeat coursework. C. Graphic Design Courses (18 units)
