NOTE: Students who place into ENG 102  are not required to complete ENG 101  .

During completion of the final semester of prerequisites, pre-nursing majors may apply for entrance to the nursing major by completing the formal application found on the OSN website. Admission to the nursing major is based on the GPA earned in the courses included on the application to the major. The GPA for these courses must be a minimum of 3.0 and may include no grade less than a “C” in any course.

VI. Recommended Schedule


Nursing students are admitted to the major both fall and spring semesters and are enrolled during fall, spring, and summer terms. Many of the courses below have prerequisites that are not listed below.  Prerequisites courses may count toward General Electives.
