Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to demonstrate in class lectures, quizzes, and writing assignments how race, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, religion, physical ability, language, and social class impact identity in America and how each one shapes organizational development.
2. Students will be able to compare organization development theory of the past with those being used today.
3. Students will be able to discuss and learn about changes that are occurring in society and how they influence decision making in the business world.
