AGSC 211 - Agribusiness Management (3 units) Business management principles applied to the operation of commercial farms/ranches and food processing/manufacturing firms. (AGSC 211 and ECON 211 are cross-listed; credit may be earned in one of the two.)
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall - Even Years Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to identify the agribusiness cluster in the state and nation. 2. Students will be able to apply economic principles to the analysis of agribusiness sector. 3. Students will be able to analyze the potential impacts and interdependencies of the agribusiness sector.
