Directed research course for biology majors under the guidance of a faculty member. Design and conduct original research leading to the presentation of a paper.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to articulate an original research question to pursue in a research project.
2. Students will be able to implement their study design using the technology and tools available to them.
3. Students will be able to communicate the results of a research study in a written format appropriate for biological research.
