Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to effectively assess 10 professional scientific presentations.
2. Students will be able to critique the science presented by visiting scientists.
3. Students will be able to demonstrate ability to understand and summarize complex ideas in ecology, evolution and conservation biology that have been communicated orally.
4. Students will be able to demonstrate strategies for organizing scientific colloquia.
