BUS 101 - Introduction to Business (3 units) Survey of business majors and careers. Includes overview of current business issues, trends and practices.
Prerequisite(s): Freshmen standing.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall and Spring Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to utilize and understand advising resources to create individual academic plans and identify graduation requirements. 2. Students will be able to identify academic and professional goals based on personality traits and personal strengths. 3. Students will be able to develop better understanding and knowledge of College of Business majors, business careers, campus resources, and opportunities for involvement in on-campus activities. 4. Students will be able to develop and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
