CEE 362 - Transportation Engineering (3 units) Fundamentals of transportation engineering; traffic facility design and operations; highway geometric design; transportation planning; pavement design.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 285 with a “C” or better.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Spring Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will have an ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering. 2. Students will have an ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data. 3. Students will have an ability to function on multidisciplinary teams. 4. Students will have an ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems. 5. Students will have an ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
