ENG 415A - Old English (3 units) Old English language and literature for undergraduate students.
Prerequisite(s): ENG 303 or Junior standing.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall - Odd Years Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to demonstrate their mastery of Old English grammar and vocabulary. 2. Students will be able to apply their knowledge of the grammar as they work with a synthetic language. 3. Students will be able to demonstrate their ability to translate Old English prose and poetry.
