Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to understand, observe, and evaluate the principles of developmentally appropriate practice in a real early childhood classroom setting. ?
2. Students will be able to understand, observe, and evaluate the quality of an early childhood education classroom and provide recommendations for improving the quality of the classroom environment using an environmental rating scale. ?
3. Students will be able to understand, observe, and analyze the group guidance and management techniques that early childhood teachers use in their classroom.
