HIST 105 - European Civilization (3 units) Development of western civilization from the dawn of history to 1648.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to analyze and interpret primary sources on European history through class discussions and written assignments. 2. Students will be able to analyze and clearly explain the argument, main points, and use of evidence in secondary sources, through class discussion and written assignments. 3. Students will be able to analyze the historical experiences and interactions among diverse groups and cultures in European history through discussion, sources, essays, and exams.
