ME 631 - Advanced Mechanics (3 units) Unsymmetrical bending, shear center, strain energy, complementary energy with applications, continuous elastically supported beams, beam columns, buckling of bars, electric resistance strain gauging.

Students will have an ability to apply engineering research and theory to advance the art, science, and practice of the discipline. 2.
