NURS 332 - Pathophysiology/Pharmacology II

Major pathophysiologic concepts related to the endocrine, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 223A  and BIOL 223L ; BIOL 224A  and BIOL 224L ; BIOL 251 ; CHEM 220A ; CHEM 220L .

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to integrate foundational knowledge from the sciences, arts and nursing to provide care to individuals and families.
2. Students will be able to apply the nursing process to providing care to individuals and families.
3. Students will be able to demonstrate competency in client assessment, critical thinking technical skills, and communication in the health care setting.
