Offered: Every Fall, Spring, and Summer Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. Students will be able to make use of basic competencies, knowledge, and skills needed to perform cycling, swimming, and running exercises. 2. Students will be able to recognize the importance of exercise for overall health by using Triathlon training. 3. Students will be able to implement a periodization training schedule for individual goals.
