AGSC 211 - Agribusiness Management (3 units) Business management principles applied to the operation of commercial farms/ranches and food processing/manufacturing firms. (AGSC 211 and ECON 211 are cross-listed; credit may be earned in one of the two.)

Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify the agribusiness cluster in the state and nation. 2. apply economic principles to the analysis of agribusiness sector. 3. analyze the potential impacts and interdependencies of the agribusiness sector.
