Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. analyze and evaluate each human development theory in terms of scientific worthiness, developmental adequacy, and pedagogical usefulness.
2. present major concepts and assumptions of a chosen human development theory and its applications in practical contexts in human development and family studies.
3. apply two different human development theories to a chosen topic in human development and family studies and criticize and compare applications of two theories for the chosen topic.
