Prerequisite(s): ENG 102 ; CH 201 or CH 202 or CH 203 or CH 212 ; Junior or Senior standing.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. analyze, evaluate, and interpret primary sources.
2. analyze and clearly explain the argument, main points, and use of evidence in secondary sources.
3. clearly and effectively articulate an original interpretation in verbal and written form.
4. identify key events, issues, and policies related to the cultural and political history of the Jews since the 17th century.
