Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. describe the United States Federal and State court structures. 2. discuss differences between Federal and State court structures. 3. contrast different theories of law. 4. discuss different approaches to dispute resolution. 5. evaluate the process by which someone becomes a judge.
