Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. make use of basic competencies, knowledge, and skills needed to perform cycling, swimming, and running exercises. 2. recognize the importance of exercise for overall health by using Triathlon training. 3. implement a periodization training schedule for individual goals.
