MGT 473 - Staffing and Development (3 units) This course exposes students to the advanced Human Resources management topic of Staffing Organizations. The goal is to provide a conceptual and practical understanding of staffing organizations and its importance to the effectiveness and success of an organization.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 367 .
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall and Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify and comply with Employment Related Laws and Regulations. 2. discuss Staffing Models and Strategy. 3. forecast HR requirements and availabilities.
