Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. synthesize and critically-evaluate nutrition research. 2. use information technologies to locate and apply evidence-based guidelines and protocols. 3. apply ethical principles in the conduct of research and to recognize research misconduct. 4. effectively complete a substantial writing assignment that demands synthesis and integration of nutrition knowledge and research principles. 5. prepare and present (in oral form) an effective synthesis of a research proposal.
