SBRM 450 - Current Topics in the U.S. Ski Industry (3 units) Students will examine the financial, marketing, operational, and development strategies in the ski industry using case studies to analyze industry trends.

Prerequisite(s): formerly Sierra Nevada University Ski Business and Resort Management student; SBRM 315; SBRM 325; SBRM 330.
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify financial, marketing, operational, and development trends in the ski industry. 2. understand the scope of the national ski industry in terms of size, volume, and types of resorts. 3. explain the growth model of the national ski industry.
