CEE 381 - Structural Analysis (3 units) Fundamental and modern analysis techniques for statically indeterminate beams, trusses and frames: loads, internal forces, deflections, energy methods; introduction to stiffness methods with computational software.
Prerequisite(s): CEE 372 with a “C” or better.
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall and Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics. 2. acquire and apply new knowledge as needed, using appropriate learning strategies.
