KIN 381 - Conditioning and Training Principles (3 units) Explore the primary modes of time domains of physical training resulting in increased human work capacity; focus on elevating healthy individuals/athletes’ work capacity and performance.

Prerequisite(s): KIN 190 ; KIN 391 ; KIN 361 .
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 2 Units of Laboratory/Studio: 1 Offered: Every Fall, Spring, and Summer
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. construct appropriate conditioning programs for specific work capacity improvements. 2. evaluate existing conditioning programs and discuss their effectiveness. 3. demonstrate appropriate progressions for all Olympic lifts and accessory movements.
