Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. understand and convey the general history of how agricultural policy is enacted.
2. demonstrate proficiency in communicating about an agricultural or environmental issue.
3. demonstrate proficiency understanding of the role of public relations and news reporting about complex agricultural and scientific topics.
4. complete a group presentation and other assignments by the semester’s completion that demonstrates competence in clearly communicating a complex agricultural issue.
