MATH 96 - Intermediate Algebra (0 units) Basic properties of the real numbers; standard algebraic techniques, including exponents, factoring, fractions, radicals; problem solving; linear and quadratic equations; the concept of graphing. (Credit does not apply to any baccalaureate degree program.)
Prerequisites: ACT score of 19 OR SAT score of 470 OR satisfactory score on an appropriate placement test as determined by the Math/Stat department.
