Graduate studies and research in this field are carried out in the interdisciplinary graduate program of hydrologic sciences. This program is administered by the program director and faculty members with teaching/research graduate interests in hydrology, hydrogeology, and water resources in the Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering, the College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources, the College of Engineering and the Desert Research Institute. Students entering the program should have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in agricultural engineering, biology, chemistry, civil engineering, geology, geological engineering, geophysics, hydrology, hydrogeology, natural resource ecology, or a related field.
