The College of Engineering, in partnership with the College of Business, offers a five-year program to earn both the Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees.

Applicant Criteria
Applicants to the program must:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program in the College of Engineering
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.2 cumulative
- Have a minimum GMAT score of 500 OR a minimum GRE score of 150 on each of the verbal and quantitative sections
Application materials must be filed at The Graduate School and the MBA office. Applicants must meet all current admissions requirements, except the required professional work experience, which will be waived.
This is a competitive entry program. Up to 15 students from the College of Engineering will be selected each year.
Admissions Deadline
- Take GMAT/GRE, two semesters before you graduate with your B.S.
- Apply to Graduate School and MBA program, March 15 for the following fall and October 15 for the following spring.
I. Program Requirements
Seven undergraduate courses in the College of Business are used to waive 21 credits of the MBA graduate core curriculum. Students will need to check with academic advisors in the College of Engineering Advising Center (see above for advisor contact information) for access to the upper-division business classes.

Program Details
Students interested in the BS/MBA program must maintain satisfactory academic progress (SAP). SAP includes receiving a grade of at least a B in each business course and maintaining an overall GPA of at least 3.2. If less than a B is earned, students must take the corresponding 700-level BADM course.
Undergraduate engineering students in the BS/MBA program may take up to 6 credits of graduate-level courses (600 and 700 level) towards the MBA degree if the undergraduate business curriculum is complete. The student and academic advisor must submit the request form, available on The Graduate School website, to take graduate credits as an undergraduate.
