Program Objections/ Student Learning Outcomes


Comprehend basic theoretical concepts of leadership in given situations

  • Apply concepts of leadership to individual leadership practice
  • Analyze components of best practices in relation to leadership contexts
  • Evaluate and synthesize appropriate theory to practice
  • Comprehend and apply basic theoretical concepts to educational and community-based situations
  • Analyze components of best practices in relation to the betterment of the community-at-large.

II. Total credits (36 units)


No Licensure Option (30 units)


30 Credit Degree Program without Licensure Option

This degree program is designed for graduate students who elect to waive an administrative internship field experience and/or do not meet the five (5) years of experience as a licensed employee in an accredited K-12 school. If an internship is waived, the student is not eligible and does not meet the requirements for the Nevada Department of Education (NV DOE) Administrative Licensure.
