BIOL 191 - Introduction Organismal Biology (3 units) CO4 Introduction to the diversity of life, including the physiology, ecology, behavior and evolution of living systems.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 190 , with a “C-” or better.
Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall, Spring, and Summer Student Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course: 1. The student will be able to explain the theory of evolution by natural and sexual selection. 2. The student will be able to describe the general anatomy and physiology of animal organ systems. 3. The student will be able to describe population and community ecology dynamics.
