Prerequisite(s): FIN 301 ; Business major or minor.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to apply the time value of money techniques to value common and preferred stock.
2. Students will be able to apply the time value of money techniques to value bonds.
3. Students will be able to apply the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) to measure the risk-return trade-off of assets.
