Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course:
1. Students will be able to synthesize findings in evidenc- based nursing research for effective care of clients with chronic health care needs.
2. Students will be able to recognize physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and cultural alteration experienced by groups of clients with chronic health care needs.
3. Students will be able to identify and address advocacy issues for groups of clients with chronic health care needs.
4. Students will be able to demonstrate critical thinking in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care for clients with chronic health care needs.
