ECON 365 - Labor Economics (3 units) Theoretical materials relating to the economic analysis of labor problems and the descriptive materials relating to unionism and collective bargaining.
Prerequisite(s): ECON 102 ; ECON 103 OR HON 220 .

Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. demonstrate understanding of how asymmetric information affects labor market related decisions such as hiring, recruiting. 2. demonstrate understanding of the role of incentives in designing compensation policies. 3. demonstrate understanding of the role of human capital in the labor market.
