Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. explain concept of polymer molecular weight and distribution. 2. analyze polymer molecular weight distributions. 3. distinguish and predict the differences between step and chain polymerizations. 4. rationalize polymer topologies. 5. identify polymers and polymerization chemistries. 6. connect between structure and properties of polymers. 7. read recent polymer literature and summarize key concepts. 8. analyze a modern topic in polymer chemistry through a critical review.
