HON 495 - Honors Internship (1 to 3 units) CO14 This faculty-supervised internship experience course provides students with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. Students will gain practical experience, develop workplace skills, and explore career paths related to their major. Does not substitute for departmental internship requirements.

Prerequisite(s): approval of the Honors College Internship Faculty
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 1 Offered: Every Fall and Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. apply academic knowledge, skills, techniques, and abilities to solve practical, real-world problems in a professional setting. 2. develop professionally relevant competencies and relationships in a professional setting. 3. identify, assess, and develop personal and professional strengths.
