Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. describe how data is used for quantitative analysis in public administration. 2. develop explanations about how two variables are related. 3. explain different methods public administrators use to collect data. 4. analyze the statistical characteristics of a single variable. 5. evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different research designs.
