ME 380 - Fluid Dynamics for Mechanical Engineers (3 units) Properties of fluids, hydrostatics, conservation laws, dimensional analysis, similarity, Bernoulli, pipe flow, drag, lift and boundary-layer theory.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 283 with a “C” or better; MATH 285 with a “C” or better; ME 242 with a “C” or better.
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall and Spring
