Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. define and explain the 10 knowledge areas and 5 process areas within the Project Management Body of Knowledge, as articulated by the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org).
2. apply project management concepts in appropriate contexts.
3. use Microsoft Project 2010 and other software to help plan and manage a project.
4. demonstrate improved oral presentation skills.
5. articulate the importance of good project management.
