AE 334 - Aerospace Structures and Materials (4 units) Application to structural analysis. Basic equations of elasticity. Bending, shearing and torsion of thin walled structures. Energy methods for structural analysis and application to finite element theory for trusses and beam structures. Lab introduces CAD software.

Prerequisite(s): CEE 372 with “C” or better; MSE 250
