The Human Resources Minor is designed to train students to be effective managers of human capital through the use of training, internal procedures, compensation, staffing, etc. As workplaces and society evolve and change, human resources management is becoming an increasingly complex field that is in demand for employers. *All course prerequisites must be met for all coursework for minor.
